Why host your event at the Lady Luck Casino® Vicksburg? Our experienced staff knows what it takes to execute any event. From the moment you tour the facility, during the planning process, and all the way through the event, we will meet and surpass all your expectations. We are prepared to deliver a safe, friendly environment to have an entertaining experience with a touch of southern hospitality.
Is a deposit required & is it refundable? Yes, a 20% deposit is required. The deposit is used for reservation purposes and will be credited towards the final bill of the event. A percentage of the deposit is refundable if event is canceled within the following guidelines:
60+ days before event date: 100%
30-59 days before event date: 75%
15-29 days before event date: 50%
0-15 days before event date: 0%
What are my bar service options?
Cash Bar: Guests can purchase a selection of bottled beer, wine, mixed drinks, and soda with cash only.
Hosted Bar: Host/Sponsor is charged a fixed price per drink, based on consumption, which will be added to the final bill.
Cash and Hosted Bar: A combination of the two above. Specific beverages are available for cash purchase while others are charged to the host.
Is outside catering allowed? We have a fully customizable menu for our clients to choose from. If you would like catering from an outside vendor a per person cost will be applied and all outside caterers must possess appropriate licensing and insurance.
What is included with room rental? Room rental includes setup and teardown. Standard tables, chairs, white standard table linens, napkins, and tableware are also provided. Specialty items, chair covers and audio visual equipment are available at an additional fee and are a great way to customize your event!
Are hotel room blocks available? Yes, speak with our Sales Team to set up a block of rooms for your event. A block of 10 or more rooms will qualify for a discount off the prevailing rate. You may call us at 601-636- 7575 for more information.
Are your meeting rooms handicap accessible? Yes. All of our event space/meeting rooms are handicap accessible.
Is Valet Parking available? Yes. Valet parking is available at our casino entrance.

We are very fortunate to have an event facility like yours in our community.
For the last 34 years, our Catholic school has held a Drawdown fundraiser that brings in the most funds and has the largest participation of all our fundraisers. We embarked on looking for a new venue for the Drawdown this year, and landed on the Arena at Lady Luck, because we found it had the space we required, with food and beverage service available, and with ample parking.
Moving our event to the Arena at Lady Luck this year had such a great impact on our bottom line! Your staff worked with us on every detail, and ensured that we would have a successful event. Your servers were polite and courteous, and the food was exceptional. No stone was left unturned, and any issues that arose that evening were dealt with swiftly and professionally. Please note that the group leader is required to book and pay the bus company for the bus. All criteria for the new program must be met before Lady Luck Casino Vicksburg will reimburse a portion of, if not the full amount of, the bus cost:

In an effort to make your trip as smooth as possible, we request a group passenger list prior to your scheduled arrival date. This will allow us to pre-create Players Cards so that your group can skip the lines and start playing their favorite tables or machines.
Passenger list must include each passenger’s:
First and last name
Physical address and date of birth
E-mail address (for offers sent the day before your trip to be redeemed the day of the event)
Previously created Lady Luck or Isle® Players Card numbers (if applicable)
